We are unique.  Our existence is the answer to a non-profit's strategy to diversify its funding in order for the organization to continue to make an impact in the community.

 

With decreasing federal and state funding sources, the non-profit began to explore other methods to provide a revenue stream for its programs and services in the Rio Grande Valley. 

​

These efforts led to the creation of Framework Homes, LLC., a semi-custom home builder that is able to serve customers that exceed the non-profit program's income guidelines.

 

Our parent company is TuCasa Investments, Inc. of which 100% of the shares are owned by the non-profit organization. We are one of five social enterprises created to provide a needed service and to support the non-profit at the same time.
